Il Rosso Piceno DOC Superiore Podere 72 è un vino rosso biologico che unisce due vitigni: il Montepulciano e il Sangiovese. La cantina Poderi San Lazzaro propone una versione che possa dare il suo meglio anche dopo qualche anno di invecchiamento, con un’intrigante evoluzione sensoriale. Questo è dovuto all’affinamento in barrique di rovere francese di 16 mesi e ad un riposo in bottiglia di 6 mesi. Il vino si apprezza per il suo colore rosso rubino intenso nel calice, al naso trionfano le note di frutta rossa e frutti di bosco, il sorso è piacevole, i tannini sono equilibrati, il finale rimanda alle note fruttate. Perfetto abbinamento sono sicuramente le carni rosse alla brace, ma anche primi piatti con sughi di carne, come una tagliatella al ragù.
